Mini Mindfulness Kids Yoga at The Wellness Refinery is a playful, supportive class designed to help children move their bodies, explore their emotions, and build calm, confidence, and focus through age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness practices.
Each class blends gentle yoga poses, movement games, breathing exercises, and moments of stillness in a way that feels fun and engaging. Children are encouraged to listen to their bodies, express themselves, and develop awareness of how movement and breath can help them feel grounded and regulated.
This class supports both physical and emotional well-being, helping kids build strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-regulation skills — all in a nurturing, non-competitive environment.
Mini Mindfulness Kids Yoga creates a safe space for children to connect with their bodies, build confidence, and learn tools they can carry with them beyond the mat.
