Total Body Strength

Total Body Strength at The Wellness Refinery is a circuit-style HIIT class designed to build strength, improve endurance, and support overall health. This class combines functional strength training with short bursts of cardio to create an efficient, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, energized, and capable.

Each class moves through a series of timed stations using a mix of bodyweight exercises, free weights, and functional movements. The focus is on building real-life strength, the kind that supports your body in everyday movement, not just in the gym.

Options are always offered so you can work at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking for a challenging, well-rounded workout, this class meets you where you are while encouraging growth over time.
