Angie Clifton
Angie is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, somatic healer, and a beekeeper with a Masters degree in business as well as a wife and mom of 3.
She brings a unique blend of ancient wisdom and teachings with modern practices to guide her students toward balance, strength and inner peace.
She teaches holistic whole body and mind wellness giving you the tools to befriend your body, learn its language, and tap into its wisdom. Yoga is her medicine and she is passionate about sharing it with the world. She believes that if she shares, you will share, creating a ripple effect of big vibrations.

Justine Hiles
Meet Justine, she is our amazing hot yoga endurance instructor. With her contagious energy and lively spirit she brings a whole new level of fun to the mat. She loves the heat and traveling to anywhere that allows her to be warm in the sun, making her the perfect hot yoga teacher! She has been teaching a little bit of everything since 2002 in our small community. She loves to hear yoga testimonies and getting to know her students.
Get ready to sweat, smile, and find your inner zen with her dynamic classes.

Michele Deavers
Meet Michele, CYT 200 and certified social/emotional learning facilitator, our hot yoga and mini mindfulness instructor. She has always enjoyed yoga but in the past few years her love and passion has grown! She is also an elementary school teacher which inspired her to get her certification through Breathe for Change to use yoga to benefit teachers and students. She loves the confidence yoga can bring in accomplishing a challenge you never thought you could do, while also loving and accepting all that you are in the moment and journey!

Courtlynd Scott
Meet Courtlynd, RYT 200, your Release & Restore yoga instructor. She creates a safe and supportive space for her students to explore their practice. She integrates mindfulness techniques to help promote emotional well-being and resilience. Her life experiences led her to her own yoga journey which made her want to share the benefits with the world. She is very passionate about both yoga and mental health and weaves the two together beautifully.

Meet Trish, she has a passion for fitness and a commitment to empowering others, she is your go-to guide on the journey to a healthier, stronger you. Trish is a certified personal trainer and group exercise coach, as well as a wife, mom and grandma. Family, Friends & Fitness are some of her favorite things! Meet Jenni, A dedicated practitioner of yoga, licensed massage therapist, owner of Boho Wishes and Jenuin Creations. Jenni infuses her classes with compassion and creativity, inviting students to explore their edges with grace and intention. She offers a multifaceted approach to healing and transformation that nourishes the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit. With Jenni as your guide you will discover new levels of health, happiness and vitality that extend far beyond the mat.

Lisa Birchfield
Meet Lisa, RYT 200, she found yoga while cultivating a partnership with her body after living disconnected for years from her. Movement, meditation, and breathwork were part medicine and part magic as she learned to connect to and, ultimately, learn to trust her body.
When Lisa isn't on the mat, you'll find her working in her private bodywork practice, Wild Sage Studio; and, holding somatic workshops to help others to connect with their bodies and create sacred practices for their healing and transformation.
Lisa is a perpetual student, a lover of the water, and a believer in everyone's magic.
