Gentle Hot Yoga at The Wellness Refinery is a slow, supportive yoga practice offered in a heated room. This class is designed to help you move with ease, release tension, and reconnect with your body in a calm, welcoming environment.

Expect simple, accessible poses, and smooth transitions guided by breath. The heat helps warm the muscles and joints, allowing for greater comfort, circulation, and relaxation.

This class is perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, managing stress, recovering from injury, or simply craving a slower, more nurturing practice. Modifications and options are always offered, and rest is encouraged whenever needed.

Gentle Hot Yoga is not about pushing or perfecting poses, it’s about listening to your body, honoring what you need, and allowing movement to become medicine.
