Restore Yoga
Restore Yoga at The Wellness Refinery is a deeply supportive, trauma-informed yoga class created for those navigating chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or PTSD, or anyone simply needing a gentle, compassionate space to rest and reconnect.
This class weaves together gentle, intentional movement, grounding breathwork, and long periods of rest to help calm the nervous system and release stored tension. The focus is not on poses or performance, but on creating a sense of safety, choice, and ease within the body.
You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and listen to what feels supportive for you. No prior yoga experience is required, and all bodies are welcome exactly as they are.
