This 6-week course is designed for anyone who has been curious about Pilates but unsure where to begin. Whether you’re completely new or looking to refresh your foundation, this program will guide you step-by-step in a supportive, welcoming environment. Over the course of six weeks, you’ll attend one class per week, allowing you to build strength, confidence, and understanding at a comfortable pace. You’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates matwork, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and core engagement, all while improving your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. What makes this course different is the experience: You’ll move through the program with the same group each week, creating a sense of community, support, and accountability as you grow together. Each class is led by a certified Pilates instructor who will guide you through every movement, ensuring you feel safe, confident, and successful.
