Cancellation Policy

Total Retreat Investment: $400 per person Deposit: $100 (Non-Refundable) We’re so excited to welcome you to this healing and adventurous women’s retreat! To ensure clarity and fairness for all attendees, please read the following retreat policies carefully: Registration & Deposit     •    A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your spot.     •    Your spot is not secured until the deposit has been received.     •    Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment Plans     •    Flexible payment plans are available!     •    The remaining $300 can be paid in installments.     •    Full balance must be paid no later than [2 weeks before the retreat].     •    Missed payment deadlines may result in loss of reservation and deposit. Cancellation Policy     •    Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover administrative and planning costs.     •    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat may receive a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit, at the organizer’s discretion.     •    Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by someone on the waitlist. Retreat Cancellation     •    We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum registration numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.     •    In the event that we cancel, all payments, including deposits, will be refunded in full.     •    We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred (such as travel costs). Health & Liability     •    This retreat is designed to support your wellness and healing. However, all activities are optional and participation is at your own discretion.     •    By registering, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and release the organizers from any liability.     •    Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions ahead of time.
